Paul asks…where can i go to find inexpensive flights to taiwan or japan?almost every site i look at has the price of $1000 USD and up. are there any sites where i might be able to find a cheaper flight?

If you can wait until October I'm sure the prices will be lower, but I would check EVA or China Airline's websites to Taiwan, they're usually the cheapest airlines to many destinations in Asia.
